Councilman Elvis Maldonado joined the Homestead community in welcoming one more new business to our city. The new Dairy Queen Homestead, located at 3330 NE 8th St, is Miami-Dade County’s first Grill and Chill Dairy Queen restaurant and is the Southernmost DQ Grill & Chill in the continental United States.
“It is so exciting to welcome the new Dairy Queen to Homestead. This restaurant not only offers delicious ice creams for families to enjoy but also complete meals, which is a new concept for this company. We are excited they chose Homestead as their new home!” said Councilman Maldonado during the grand opening, which took place Saturday, August 24th. “I look forward to supporting this new business in our city while enjoying ice creams, shakes and burgers with my family.”
