PUBLIC NOTICE: Development Services Will be Closed Nov 3 From 12p-5p and Nov 6 All Day

Development Services Closed web graphic

The City of Homestead is UPGRADING its Code Enforcement, Permitting, and Business Licensing Software!  

As part of the upgrade implementation, Development Services will be CLOSED during the following days:

  • Friday, November 3rd at noon thru end of business day
  • Monday, November 6th, 2023

The upgrade will modify website links to the Citizens portal for review comments, inspection scheduling, and inspection results.  Please visit www.cityofhomestead.com/developonline for updates.

Inspection scheduling will not be impacted during planned closures.  However, results will not be available until after the software implementation is complete.
