Homestead Public Services (HPS) Customer Service is encouraging customers to enroll in E-Check Auto Pay to streamline their bill pay experience and save money on convenience fees. Beginning January 1, 2021, HPS customers will be charged a $3.85 convenience fee to pay with credit or debit cards via auto pay or one-time payment. Customers should note that the convenience fee is charged by the third party bill payment processor and does not go to HPS. The convenience fee will not be charged to customers enrolled in automatic payments using an E-Check draft.
