The City of Homestead has issued a State of Emergency in response to the impacts of Tropical Storm Eta. This State of Emergency is a measure that allows the City of Homestead to respond to recovery needs without the burdens of bureaucracy.
Homestead residents are reminded that City of Homestead Parks are closed and Trolley and Solid Waste Services are suspended on Monday, November 9, 2020. Residents should also keep in mind that due to heavy rains, there is localized flooding and they should use extreme caution.
