In honor of the dedication and hard work daily performed by The City of Homestead Solid Waste department, Councilman Jimmie L. Williams, III presented certificates of appreciation and a restaurant gift card to every Homestead Solid Waste employee during a special presentation at the April 17 Homestead City Council meeting.
It is my esteemed pleasure tonight to honor and recognize one of the most valuable departments here in the City of Homestead.” said Councilman Williams. “This token of appreciation seeks to recognize the hard work that these individuals do every day to keep our city clean.
