Please note the following closures and modifications that will be in effect beginning Sunday, August 12, 2018. These are necessary for the completion of the new Turnpike Ramp at Campbell Drive and Turnpike expansion.
- Florida’s Turnpike northbound or southbound at various locations between Campbell Drive and south of SW 288th Street, single lane closures, 9 p.m. to 5:30 a.m., Sunday, August 12 through Thursday, August 16.
- Campbell Drive westbound and eastbound approaching Florida’s Turnpike, continuous double lane closures, Sunday, August 12 through Sunday, August 18.
- Florida’s Turnpike Enterprise has opened the new northbound entrance ramp at Campbell Drive and SW 152nd Avenue and has temporarily closed the current northbound entrance ramp until the end of Summer 2018.
- DETOUR – Motorists will be directed to travel east on Campbell Drive to SW 152nd Avenue to access the new Campbell Drive entrance ramps.
- Florida’s Turnpike northbound exit ramp to Campbell Drive (Exit 2) may be closed nightly from 11 p.m. to 4:30 a.m., Sunday, August 12 through Thursday, August 16.
- DETOUR – Motorists will be directed to travel north on US 1/ S. Dixie Highway to Campbell Drive. *Please note, entrance and exit ramps will not be closed at the same time.
- Florida’s Turnpike southbound entrance ramp from Campbell Drive may be closed nightly from 11 p.m. to 4:30 a.m., Sunday, August 12 through Thursday, August 16.
- DETOUR – Motorists will be directed to travel west on Campbell Drive and continue south on US 1/ S. Dixie Highway. *Please note, entrance and exit ramps will not be closed at the same time.
- Florida’s Turnpike southbound exit ramp to Campbell Drive (Exit 2) may be closed nightly from 11 p.m. to 4:30 a.m., Sunday, August 12 through Thursday, August 16.
- DETOUR – Motorists will be directed to exit at SW 288th Street/Biscayne Drive (Exit 5), continue east on SW 288th Street/Biscayne Drive and continue south on SW 137th Avenue /Tallahassee Road to Campbell Drive. *Please note, entrance and exit ramps will not be closed at the same time.
