The Homestead Police Athletic League will host a Parent Information Meeting Tuesday, June 19, 2018 at 5PM in the Phichol Williams Community Center, located at 951 SW 4th Street, Homestead, FL 33030. The meeting is open to all parents of current or interested students that wish to participate in the Homestead PAL Youth Enrichment Summer Program. Parents will meet staff, get in-depth information on the program, and get assistance with student registration.
About the Homestead PAL Youth Enrichment Summer Program
This free enrichment program is open to students entering ninth through twelfth grades and will take place June 18, 2018-August 10, 2018 8AM-3PM at the Phichol Williams Community Center (951 SW 4th Street, Homestead, FL 33030). Students will have the opportunity to participate in core subject education and tutoring, weekly trips, community service hours, and state-wide college tours.
Applications for the program are available at the Homestead Police Headquarters (45 NW 1st Avenue, Homestead, FL 33030) and the Homestead PAL Gym (600 SW 14th Ave, Homestead, FL 33030). There is no cost for the program, which includes breakfast and lunch daily. Transportation is not provided. For more information, contact Officer R.
