Celebrate the next step in Downtown Homestead’s renaissance at the Homestead Station Construction Kick-Off at 8PM on Friday, May 11th at 4 South Krome Avenue, Homestead, FL 33030. The event marks the start of construction on Homestead Station, a major development for Downtown Homestead that will feature a Showbiz Cinemas family entertainment center including movies, bowling, video arcade, transit center, and parking garage. The ceremony will conclude with a stunning fireworks display and video salute to film.
Homestead Station is part of an overall effort to revitalize Downtown Homestead. Other recent projects include the restored Seminole Theatre, new City Hall, and new Police Headquarters.
