The Southwest Advisory Committee (SWAC) was established by the City of Homestead as an advisory board pursuant to Resolution 2008-06-18. The SWAC's main goal is the enhancement of the quality of life in the Southwest area of Homestead. Board members are appointed to two-year terms pursuant to procedures set forth in the City Charter.

Join the Southwest Advisory Committee for its monthly meetings at the Phichol Williams Community Center located at 951 Southwest 4th Street, Homestead, FL 33030. Meetings begin at 5:30PM. Please note that due to COVID-19 meetings are being conducted virtually at this time.
