The City of Homestead’s Future Land Use Map corresponds to goals set forth in the city’s comprehensive plan and displays the intended implementation of future land development codes. For development to be processed, the Future Land Use Map designation must be implemented by a coordinated zoning category.MDCPS Concurrency Form
The Miami Dade County Public School (MDCPS) Concurrency Form is required for all proposed residential development applications.
