Over the past eight years, Homestead's population has grown from 31,909 to just under 60,000! While that's a lot of people in a short amount of time, we have been planning for this growth. We are continually upgrading and updating our services; we have increased the size of our police force to make sure that you are safe. We are encouraging desirable businesses to locate here for your convenience and to enhance our job market. Our goal is to make Homestead an inclusive city that meets all of your needs.
