The City of Homestead (hereinafter referred to as “City”) requests sealed bids to establish pre-event contract(s) for disaster debris removal, reduction and disposal services. It is the intent of City to award this contract to one (1) Primary Contractor and one (1) or more Secondary Contractor. Contractors shall be responsible for all debris operations listed within this Bid. The City reserves the right to activate all Contractors at the same time dependent upon the severity of the storm and the availability of the Contractors. These services shall only be performed when requested by the City via a task order/purchase order.
